We provide a personal, hands-on approach and do not charge for our initial meeting. We view this as the opportunity to meet and begin to establish a long term mutually beneficial business relationship.

No corporation is too small. Every client is important to us. Remember, you will grow!

Bring your previous year’s financial statements, GST return, T4 and T5 filings, and corporate tax returns.

Bring your corporate minute book and your most recently filed personal tax returns for you and your spouse.

If you have questions on whether or not you need to incorporate, bring your personal tax return from last year and your notice of assessment.

Each client is different and has unique business and accounting needs. In our initial meeting, we will provide you with an estimate of what you can expect as an annual fee.

Generally, we do not bill for occasional questions throughout the year. If the time required to address them is more significant, we will provide you with an estimated fee prior to the commencement of the work.

It typically takes two to three weeks to prepare a corporate year-end once we have all the necessary information.

We will review your financial statements, tax return, and our recommendations with you before they are filed.
